Payment

Payment:

Please see below for a list of payment options that Hire a Heater offers to pay for the hire of your heater. No deposit is required for any heater bookings under $500, once booked; your heater will definitely arrive.

Cash

All customers are welcome to pay for their heater hire in cash. If you wish to pay cash, please make sure you have the correct change, as our drivers do not carry change. If you require a receipt for the heater hire payment, please email us after your event at info@hireaheater.com.au and we will send you a receipt.

 

Credit Card

All payments for heater hire via credit card incur a 3% surcharge. Our portal does not accept AMEX. If you wish to pay via credit card, please select this option when booking and we will call you to organise payment prior to your event. We do not offer credit card payments on the day of your event. A payment receipt for your heater hire can be issued to you via email.

EFT/Bank Transfer

Hire a Heater also offers EFT/Bank transfer. We can issue an invoice prior to your event. Payment must be made prior to your event, if not you will be required to pay for your heater hire via cash on the day or credit card the day prior.
